Muse: 'Twilight helped US success'
Muse have claimed that the Twilight movie franchise has helped them become more successful in the US.

The group admitted that they have been recognised more in America since their songs were used in both films in the series.

"I was vaguely aware of the books, but we didn't think anything of it at the time. The next thing you know, it's Twilight fever," bassist Chris Wolstenholme told Asia One.

"It's good because it has made a difference for us in trying to break into America."

Muse's fourth studio album Black Holes And Revelations reached number nine on the Billboard 200 and their 2009 follow-up The Resistance peaked at three.
