Blink-182 'drop Reading, Leeds hint'

Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has hinted that the band could be returning to the Reading and Leeds Festivals this summer.

The 34-year-old told MTV News that the US trio are looking to book European festival appearances during August, fuelling speculation that they are in line for a headline slot at the forthcoming event.

"We go to Europe in August for all the festivals... we do, like, six weeks out there, and then our album will come out probably early next year," Barker explained.

Sonisphere and V Festival are the other major UK festivals held during August.

Blink-182 have already announced two appearances at German festivals this summer, playing the Area 4 event on August 21 and Highfield the following day.
