La Roux, Biffy Clyro and The Hold Steady will also play the three-day event, which starts on June 11.
Jay-Z and The Strokes were recently announced as the first two headliners at the festival.
Last year's sold-out event included performances from The Prodigy, Stereophonics and Neil Young.
More acts are expected to be confirmed in the next few weeks.
