The duo will perform two shows at London's Roundhouse on May 21 and May 22 before headlining the Sonar Festival in Barcelona on June 19.
Ed Simons and Tom Rowlands have been on a hiatus since promotion ended for their 2007 album We Are The Night.
Tickets for The Chemical Brothers shows at The Roundhouse in London go on sale at 9am on February 12.
