It had been suggested that the '22' singer would outdo Lady GaGa with an aviation-themed stage show at the Earl's Court ceremony on February 16.
Allen wrote on her Twitter page: "For the record, I shan't be flying in to the Brit Awards, nor have I requested to do so."
She added: "I cannot get enough of Lady GaGa. She is the bestest beeyatch ever."
Allen has been nominated for 'British Female Solo Artist' at the awards, as well as 'British Album' for It's Not Me, It's You and 'British Single' for 'The Fear'.
The singer returned to Twitter earlier this month after a four month absence from the social networking site.
