The singer flew out to the Caribbean on Monday for a work trip which was intended to help her complete the follow-up to 2006's Back To Black.
However, The Sun reports that Fielder-Civil will join Winehouse on the break as soon as his court-imposed curfew expires next week. He was ordered to follow the strict requirement after being released from jail last February.
A source said: "Amy and Blake want to spend some time together away from home where they have been governed by his curfew. She is desperate for him to join her and of course he wants a nice holiday and some fun.
"Friends have tried talking her out of it - at the moment she's more focused on work than she has been for ages."
Last week, insiders said that Winehouse's record label had warned her to work hard in Jamaica and not treat the trip as a "party".
