The singer will start the next series of live shows at Caesars Palace on March 15, 2011, the venue originally built for her previous 'A New Day...' concerts.
Dion is expected to perform 70 shows a year to fulfill her contract.
"We're very happy to return to the Las Vegas stage. The schedule will be human for Celine, to avoid tiring her out. This second show in Las Vegas will be as amazing as the first adventure," husband Rene Angelil told QMI.
The 41-year-old performed to over three million people during her 'A New Day...' stint between 2003 and 2007, which grossed a reported $400 million (£250 million).
Accoring to reports, Barbra Streisand recently turned down a $100 million (£62.5 million) offer to perform a Las Vegas residency.
