The Crash director shot the stars recording the charity single and is now editing the video in time for its debut on Friday night, Entertainment Tonight reports.
Haggis, who visited Haiti last month, said: "I want the Haitian people to be a part of making this."
However, the director added that he is under pressure to get the video finished, explaining: "We haven't looked at a third of the footage and we've been here for a week."
The video is scheduled to debut during the telecast of the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympics in Vancouver.
Among the celebrities involved in the single are Celine Dion, Kanye West, Nicole Scherzinger, Jennifer Hudson and Wyclef Jean.
