The 'Hurtful' singer told The Sun that he could have been a successful midfielder.
"I used to love playing football but I stopped at 16," he said. "Before music, for my whole life I wanted to play professionally. There was a bit of interest.
"When I was a kid, for a long time I was a midfielder. I played in the high league for boys. I could have gone on with that. But I've always loved music."
Hassle added that his work is so important to him that he doesn't go out much anymore.
"If I wasn't doing music then I would be partying a lot more," he explained. "I get pretty f**ked when I go out. I am a weak person when it comes to that, I get very ill. I can't combine the two. It is all or nothing. I don't drink if I am not going to get drunk.
"That is why I work really hard and then see a date in the calendar that is empty and go out."
