Organisers have announced that Muse will top the bill on Saturday June 26, while the 'Superstition' singer will close the 40th anniversary festival on June 27.
U2 were previously confirmed as the Friday night headline act.
Further acts including Hot Chip, Dizzee Rascal and Vampire Weekend will also play the legendary festival.
