The Broken Flowers and Dead Man writer-director will host the three-day music festival at Kutsher's Country Club in Monticello, New York, in early September.
Jarmusch handpicked the festival's musical acts, including The Brian Jonestown Massacre, Raekwon, Girls, Wooden Ships, The Black Angels, Sonic Youth, Explosions in the Sky, The Breeders and The Books.
Other special events include Don't Look Back, which will see artists playing classic albums in full, including Iggy and the Stooges performing "Raw Power," Sleep staging "Holy Mountain" and Mudhoney tackling "Superfuzz Bigmuff Plus Early Singles".
A Comedy Stage will also be featured at the festival, though the details have yet to be announced.
All Tomorrow's Parties was founded by Barry Hogan in 1999 as an independent alternative to corporate festivals such as Reading and Glastonbury. The event merges film with underground music and is famously sponsorship free.
