The Tennessee rockers, who scooped three Grammy Awards last month, will play at the iconic venue on June 30.
Bassist Jared Followill told PA: "It's a great honour to be playing Hyde Park - it's something that a band can only dream of.
"To be put in the same category as the groups that have played before us is just unbelievable. Bring sun block and your earplugs."
Tickets for the concert go on sale this Friday, February 19 at 9am.
