The Brit Award winners will perform at the venue on July 16 as part of Forestry Commission Live Music.
The annual concerts take place at seven forest locations around England, with woodland clearings temporarily transformed into a concert arena.
JLS are currently playing their first ever tour, which will be followed up by a number of arena dates later this year.
Other bands playing forest dates in 2010 include Blondie, Keane and Simply Red.
Tickets for the one-off JLS gig go on sale this Monday at 9am.
