According to Billboard, 50 artists descended on Bongo's restaurant in Miami to take part in the Haiti earthquake charity song 'Somos el Mundo'.
Gloria Estefan and her producer husband Emilio arranged the recording, which includes solo lines from Estefan, José Feliciano, Chayanne, Thalía, Pitbull and Fonsi.
Further featured artists include David Archuleta, Juanes and Taboo from the Black Eyed Peas.
The video is expected to premiere on the Cristina show in early March.
Last month, Lionel Richie and Quincy Jones re-made the 1985 song with artists including Miley Cyrus, the Jonas Brother and Jennifer Hudson to raise funds for the Caribbean island.
