Editors, The Courteeners and Irish group The Coronas will play the Main Stage on the Sunday, while reformed West Country rock act Reef are lined up to play the Big Top on the same day.
Meanwhile, Noah and the Whale and Devendra Banhart have been added to the Big Top bill on the Saturday.
Isle of Wight takes place between June 11 and 13 at Seaclose Park, Newport. Tickets are on sale now. Jay-Z, The Strokes, Pink, Blondie, Florence and The Machine and Spandau Ballet were previously revealed among the acts playing the event.
