The Danish group, who are currently the opening act on the UK leg of her 'Monster Ball' global jaunt, have revealed that GaGa is a fan of their music.
"She mentioned something positive about us in an interview once, and then people from our camp started talking to her people and she decided on us, which is an honour," singer Stine Bramsen told BBC Breakfast.
"It's a pretty big production," she added. "She's quite extreme, I admire the way she really pushes fashion."
Bandmate Anders SG admitted that the group have had restrictions placed on their opening set.
"Everything is very strict. I think she is using quite a lot of money on everything she can," he said. "We don't get that much time on stage, but it's really good experience."
Alphabeat released new single 'Hole In My Heart' on Monday.
