The 23-year-old Brazilian apparently uses pre-mixed CDs when he takes to the decks, prompting a number of clubs to reduce his fee.
"Jesus can't DJ. He has absolutely no idea how to mix music and has absolutely no DJ skills at all. He totally fakes it," PerezHilton quotes a source as saying.
"A lot of people know he can't really DJ, so his fee is then significantly reduced, to, like, $1,000 ($655). Not everyone knows though, so the people who don't know will pay him crazy amounts, like up to $10,000 (£6,553)!"
Luz has reportedly signed a recording contract with Warner Music, the former home of Madonna.
The model is expected to release his first single 'We Came From Light' in May.
