The 'In For The Kill' duo, who kick off the nine-date jaunt in Reading on April 26, plan to work on material for their second studio album.
"I'm going to be doing stuff for the second album while I'm away as I've got a little studio that I take around with me," singer Elly Jackson told the Daily Star.
The 21-year-old admitted that she doesn't think the busy touring schedule will help the creative process.
"Being on tour definitely won't inspire any songs," she said.
La Roux released their self-titled debut LP in June 2009. Jackson recently claimed that the follow-up will have a "less mainstream" sound.
