The Culture Club singer revealed on Twitter earlier this month that he had been in the studio with Ronson.
Speaking about their collaboration, the producer told The Sun: "I wanted to make a song like [Culture Club hit] 'Do You Really Want To Hurt Me' so I decided to get him involved.
"It's turned out to be an amazing track. George was a true professional."
Ronson previously confirmed that the follow-up to his 2007 LP Version would include duets with Scissor Sisters, Dave McCabe from the Zutons, Santigold and Cathy Dennis. The record is rumoured to be called Mark Ronson And The Business.
