The group was initially banned from travelling to the States because of a problem with band member Dappy's visa.
The issue was resolved earlier this month but the band was then unable to fly because of snowstorms.
However, The Sun says that the group has now been able to cross the Atlantic to meet Def Jam boss LA Reid.
Reid is reportedly desperate to sign the band and has allegedly arranged helicopter trips and meals in top restaurants.
"LA Reid is a massive fan of the band and he will stop at nothing to sign them up," a source said. "No expense will be spared when they are over. They are in for a treat."
