Boyzone: 'Album was like therapy'
Published Wednesday, Mar 3 2010, 12:45 GMT | By David Balls

The group, who release the new record on March 8, revealed that they finished it earlier than originally planned.
"Events happened last year which almost forced this album so quickly upon us," Ronan Keating told This Morning.
"We would have taken a bit more time but we found all that negative energy we had, and were feeling, went into the album.
"It was our way of releasing it. We spent most of the end of last year... finishing this album. It was like therapy in a way for us."
Boyzone released new single 'Gave It All Away' on Monday.
