The 'Hurtful' singer was scheduled to perform with Marina and the Diamonds in New York on March 14 and 15.
He was also lined up to play the SXSW festival in Austin, Texas later in the month.
The live shows are expected to be rescheduled for a later date in spring.
Hassle released new album Pieces in February.
