The 'Parachute' singer will open for the group on eight UK dates this summer and further shows across Europe.
"I saw will.i.am the other day and he got me really excited about the tour," she is quoted as saying.
"He really pumps me up. It's just incredible, it still doesn't feel quite real yet."
Cole was recently confirmed to perform at the V Festival in August.
