The US band, who finished fifth on the BBC Sound of 2010 list in December, will play London's Heaven on June 8.
The group are then slated to appear at Live At Leeds Festival on April 30 and Camden Crawl on May 1.
The Drums are also supporting Florence and the Machine throughout May on her UK and Ireland tour.
