Pattinson to release album this year?

Robert Pattinson has revealed that he wants to release an album later this year.

The actor has previously recorded two songs for the Twilight soundtrack but admitted that he struggles to focus on more than one thing at a time.

"I want to do an album at the end of the year," he told the Daily Star. "All my friends are recording albums and I'm very annoyed about it."

He added: "I can play the guitar and piano, but I can't do two things at once. I don't know how people like Jennifer Lopez can act and then also sing. Hopefully I'll find some time to get it together."

Pattinson recently claimed that his fame has made it more difficult for him to write songs.
