The East London rapper took to Twitter to tell fans of the free online release, called Jack Bauer: The 7 Day Edition, earlier this week.
Speaking about the 11-track compilation, the 'Feel Free' star said: "OK the mixtape is born! Call it a little present from me before I drop the big 4th album 'Method to the Maadness' this summer (sic).
"For now, here's quick thing I threw together in a week (7 days for real). The tapes called Jack Bauer and I named it that because I felt like Jack from 24 working to a deadline to get this s**t done ever since I opened my big f**kin' mouth and said that I could do it.
"Yo everyone, thanks for the beats and respect to Mikey J one time! This is for the endz. Download it and enjoy it."
