The 'Telephone' singer, whose Australian leg of her 'Monster Ball' tour kicked off in Sydney on Wednesday, apparently told her fans: "Get your c*cks out."
During the show GaGa also addressed rumours that she is a hermaphrodite, saying: "You may have heard I have a massive d*ck."
The Daily Star quotes one concert-goer, who took their nine-year-old daughter to see the show, as saying: "I couldn't believe it.
"If I tried to take [my daughter] to a 15+ movie someone would stop me at the counter. Why doesn't that happen with concerts?"
The 23-year-old recently revealed that the tour would be updated for a third time, following a recent overhaul for her UK shows.
