Bieber, who is currently in the UK promoting his new single 'Baby', alerted fans via Twitter that he was heading to a hotel in London's Mayfair for a party.
The 15-year-old tweeted: "Everyone keeps asking me where I will be today... gonna be at the Mayfair Hotel in London at 6.30 to party with the bosses."
Hundreds of fans waited outside the venue, but Bieber left the building via the back door, where he was met by security and a waiting car. Fans yelled abuse at him as he was driven away, according to Examiner.
Bieber later tweeted an apology, saying: "Wish I could have come out from the performance at the mayfair but security wouldn't let me.
"For those girls who cursed me out for it. I'm sorry but sometimes I need to listen to security so no-one gets hurt. But I like your attitude. The UK goes hard."
It was reported yesterday that fans of the singer bombarded GMTV studios, where he was due to perform.
