Ronson, 34, who has worked with Amy Winehouse, Lily Allen and Daniel Merriweather, said that he would like to collaborate with the singer - despite not having heard her music.
"I know what she looks like, and I know everyone wants to work with her," he told Star magazine.
"So maybe if I heard her stuff first, yeah I'd work with her."
Cole, who recently admitted that she had started working on new material, recently said that she would like to work with Take That's Gary Barlow.
