Grant reissues song after 'Stylo' claim

Eddy Grant has confirmed plans to re-release the track that he claims Gorillaz have plagiarised for their latest single.

The 1977 version of Grant's 'Time Warp' will be available to download from March 21.

The reissue comes days after the veteran singer accused the Damon Albarn-helmed group of stealing the keyboard riff from his song for their recent release 'Stylo'.

The 62-year-old also stated that he has sought legal advice over the similarities between the tracks, labelling it a "blatant rip-off".
