Cilmi: 'My band punch me before shows'

The 'On A Mission' singer explained that she often feels nauseous before going on stage.
"I get really nervous before I perform," she told 3am. "I feel sick."
Cilmi added: "To get over it I get my band to punch me in the stomach."
Cilmi, who releases her album Ten on March 22, recently revealed that she avoids reading criticism on the internet.
