According to the Sydney Morning Herald, the first Kiss CoffeeHouse is scheduled to open in late December in Melbourne.
Kiss founders Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley are in the process of completing a deal with a developer, who plans to spend $1.5m (£993,640) to revamp a vacant shop close to Melbourne's Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The Kiss CoffeeHouse will feature memorabilia from the band's 35-year career.
"Kiss CoffeeHouse - Melbourne is the ultimate brand synergy between the hottest band in the world Kiss, and the highly caffeinated, coffee entrepreneur Steve Agi," states the investor's proposal.
