The band, who signed a three-album deal with Jay-Z's Roc Nation in April 2009, released their new record Sweet 7 last week, where it charted at a disappointing number 14 in the UK.
According to Ace Showbiz, the group's name has now been removed from the label's website.
Sweet 7 was released after a series of delays, following former band member Keisha Buchanan's ousting in September last year.
