The Battle Of The Sexes rapper enlisted a host of female stars for his new LP, including Eve, Lil Kim, Trina and Nicki Minaj, but could not secure the services of the reclusive former Fugee.
He told The AP: "I think Lauryn Hill is like extremely talented and I can say I did try to do that (organise a duet), it just didn't work itself out."
Hill has not released an album of new material since 1998's The Miseducation Of Lauryn Hill.
