Adam Lambert to perform at GLAAD Awards

Adam Lambert will perform at next month's Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) Media Awards, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The 'For Your Entertainment' singer will take to the stage at the 21st annual ceremony, and has also been nominated for 'Outstanding Music Artist'.

"GLAAD has advocated for out music artists, including myself, and I am proud to be part of the 21st annual GLAAD Media Awards this year," he said.

Previously announced award recipients include Wanda Sykes and Drew Barrymore, while guests are expected to include the Glee cast, Tom Ford, Eric Dane, Jason Lewis, Bryan Batt and Benjamin Bratt.

The GLAAD Awards will take place in Los Angeles on April 17.
