The trio, whose new single 'This Ain't A Love Song' is out this week, said they met the band at a recent gig and working with them would be "awesome".
"Dappy recently came up to me and said: 'Massive respect, Roy'. He said he was a fan of ours," frontman Roy Stride told the Daily Star.
"He then stuck around and watched one of our gigs in Newcastle from the side of the stage.
“It would be awesome if we could collaborate with N-Dubz. Hopefully if they read about this... then it could make it happen.”
Stride also admitted that the group are excited to play one of the tracks from their new album Everyone Wants To Be On TV.
He said: "We’ve written a song on the album called '1+1' which has a repetitive chorus saying: 'Take off your clothes'.
"It seemed a bit too risqué for Scouting For Girls so we weren’t really sure about playing it live at first. I didn’t even think initially about the effect it may have on the girls in the audience.
"But now we can’t wait for the warmer weather, especially the festivals."
