Dappy, Tulisa and Fazer claim that they want to put "everything out there" and reveal the intimate details of their lives, reports BBC Newsbeat.
The group intend for the book to "set the record straight" about who they are.
The memoir talks about the band members' past involvement with street gangs and Tulisa's several suicide attempts.
N-Dubz have courted controversy in the past, picking a fight with Elly Jackson of La Roux. Meanwhile, Dappy was forced to apologise after threatening a Radio 1 listener who criticised the group.
