The new event from Cream, Goldenvoice and Loudsound takes place at the capital's Victoria Park on Friday, August 27 and Saturday, August 28.
Guetta will headline on the first day of the festival and is joined on the bill by Soulwax, Calvin Harris (live), Audio Bullys and Tiga. Leftfield top the bill on the second day and are supported by Goldfrapp, Friendly Fires, Aphex Twin and Annie Mac.
Neil Barnes from Leftfield said: "I'm really excited about playing my home town. It's been too long!
"The line up for the L.E.D is fantastic. It's great to be up there with Aphex, Goldfrapp and Friendly Fires, all artists I admire. Let the bass roar!"
Leftfield recently announced that they would return after a ten-year hiatus with a live show at Scotland's Rock Ness in June. Original member Paul Daley will not join the touring group
Tickets for the L.E.D festival go on sale tomorrow morning at 9am and more acts will be confirmed in the coming months.
