GaGa first reached number one in April 2008 with her LP The Fame, which reigned over the charts for four weeks.
The multi-platinum record returned to the top spot in February after being reissued with eight extra tracks as The Fame Monster. It became number one three weeks ago and has now reclaimed the crown after spending a fortnight at number two.
There were no new entries in this week's top ten, although Paolo Nutini and Mumford & Sons both jumped two places to number four and number seven respectively.
Doves's new greatest hits collection went straight in at number 12, while Jónsi reached number 20 with Go.
Elsewhere, Rufus Wainwright charted at number 21 with All Days Are Nights: Songs For Lulu and Slash's self-titled record made it to number 30.
