The 38-year-old hip-hop star said that he is ready to enter the studio with Boyle and claimed that he is currently deciding on an appropriate track.
Dogg, real name Calvin Broadus, said: "She's a great artist. I'm looking forward to going into the studio with her. Why not? We're going to get our minds together and figure out what we're going to sing about. I'm down with that. There isn't much I can't do."
He also put his name forward to replace Simon Cowell on the American Idol judging panel when the 50-year-old leaves the show at the end of the current season.
"I think I would be perfect. I understand the dynamics of music and see stars before they are made," he said.
