In addition to a string of worldwide concerts and festival performances, the group led by the former Verve frontman will play Manchester Academy 1 on June 15 and London's Shepherd's Bush Empire on June 16.
The band release their No ID-produced debut album on June 7 through Parlophone.
Tickets for the UK and European shows go on sale this Friday, April 16.
