Cilmi, who recently released her new album Ten, will support Lewis on her first UK and Ireland jaunt, which includes four dates at London's O2 arena.
Lewis recently told DS that the show will offer a "weird and wonderful experience" for pop fans and is inspired by the 1986 film Labyrinth.
The tour kicks off on May 28 at Sheffield Arena.
