The double A-side 'Keep It In The Family'/'Do You Believe In God?' will be available from iTunes and other digital outlets on Thursday, May 6 to coincide with the UK general election.
A message from the band read: "Black Box Recorder: Final Statement. On Thursday 6th May 2010, Black Box Recorder go to the country for the last time.
"For one day only you can download their final two recordings."
Made up of Luke Haines, John Moore and frontwoman Sarah Nixey, Black Box Recorder released three studio albums - England Made Me, The Facts Of Life and Passionoia - before splitting in 2003.
The band reformed in 2009 for a series of gigs and claimed to be recording a fourth album.
Haines plays a live solo date tonight at London's Relentless Garage in support of his current album 21st Century Man/Achtung Mutha.
