'Plundered My Soul', which was dropped from their popular 1972 double album, will be sold as a limited edition 7" single.
The veteran rock 'n' roll band recently discovered the track while working on a reissue of the critically acclaimed LP, which will be released in May. Only 1,000 copies of the disc will be available on April 17.
Record Store Day aims to promote independent music stores. Other bands taking part in the event are Blur, The Beatles, Pet Shop Boys and Goldfrapp.
