Plan B beats Scouting to albums top spot

The East London rapper/singer - real name Ben Drew - enters at number one with his second album, The Defamation Of Strickland Banks. His 2006 debut, Who Needs Actions When You Got Words, peaked at number 30.
Scouting For Girls have to settle for second position with Everybody Wants To Be On TV, the follow-up to their eponymous debut, which debuted at number 12 in September 2007 before spending two weeks at number one the following January.
Lady GaGa slips from number one to three with The Fame Monster, while MGMT enter at four with second album Congratulations.
Meanwhile, Ohio-born singer-songwriter Joshua Radin also debuts in the top ten this week, landing at nine with sophomore effort Simple Times.
