Other acts also recently announced to play the one-off gig are Dizzee Rascal and Scouting for Girls.
They will joined by already confirmed acts including Cheryl Cole, JLS, Justin Bieber and Usher.
More artists are expected to be revealed over the coming days.
The Summertime Ball takes place at London's Wembley Stadium on Sunday, June 6.
