The classical singer, the first to be signed to Barlow's Future Records label, said that she would like to appear as a backing singer on the band's new LP but is afraid to ask.
"I'm trying to get on the new Take That album. What I think would be really cool is if I did backing singing for them," she told the Daily Star.
"It would be incredible, but because Gary is very professional I haven't mentioned it to him."
Kerslake is due to perform with boyband Blake at the Classical Brit Awards on May 13.
