Jim Beanz, who was behind Spears's infamous line "It's Britney, b*tch" from her hit 'Gimme More', said that Dixon can follow in the footsteps of other UK acts including Jay Sean and Taio Cruz, who have achieved success in America.
"Alesha can crack the States, she is amazing," he told the Daily Star.
"She sings, she dances, she’s got a great sense of humour - and she's beautiful. We're going to build some up-tempo dance songs to take the UK and the US by storm. It'll be amazing."
Beanz also revealed that he is working on Rihanna's new album.
