The track, the first from the group's as-yet-untitled second album, samples Julie Andrews song 'The Sound Of Music'.
It was written by Savan Kotecha, who has previously worked with Britney Spears, Leona Lewis and Alexandra Burke.
The song's full lyrics have also been posted on the site. They include the chorus: "The club is alive is alive with the sound of music/Who's that girl in the spotlight oo coz she turns me on."
'The Club Is Alive' is expected to make its full radio premiere on Monday.
