The singer will release Euphoria - his first record to feature songs in both Spanish and English - on July 5.
It will be preceded on June 28 by the single 'I Like It', which was produced by RedOne and features Lionel Richie reprising the chorus of his 1983 hit 'All Night Long'.
Other guests confirmed for Euphoria include Akon, Nicole Scherzinger and Puerto Rican reggaeton duo Wisin and Yandel.
Iglesias described the album as being "like nothing I've ever done before".
"It taps into so many different styles of music - it's been really exciting for me to experiment and explore new territory," he added.
Iglesias, 34, has sold more than 60 million records worldwide since launching his music career in 1995. In the UK, he has notched up 12 top 20 hits with tracks including 'Hero', 'Do You Know (The Ping Pong Song)' and last year's 'Takin Back My Love'.
